Ostrich follow you while you walk all the way, which means you see them all the time.

This is an ostrich farm that is open to visitors for a small fee of 3€. It is totally worth it. We had a great day there just observing these impressive birds.
You should take the tour. Here you can see from eggs to chicks, every age group of ostriches. Prices are 4 euros per adult and 3.50 euros for children over 3 years old. Clean yard, all halls are open so you can really see how the animals live and are kept. Very friendly staff. At the end you can go to a small shop. There you can buy the eggs full for eating or empty for crafting. There is also meat and sausage and ostrich noodles. For the kids plush toys, feathers and for future brides the “toss bouquet”. We were given very nice and extensive advice about how to prepare the meat, which can also be prepared in the 800 degree grill like a piece of beef. But the taste is more reminiscent of game meat than poultry.

The ostrich farm near Leipheim has several very large outdoor enclosures in which ostriches of different ages are allowed to stay. They have a lot of space and are very curious about visitors.
I find this farm very interesting in its layout.

Passed by on my bike by chance. I think the ostriches have it pretty good. The animals have a huge range of space! There is a restaurant and a small shop.
Certainly nice to see for children, entry costs €3.5o for adults and €3 for children aged 4 and over. Small farm shop where you can also buy meat and sausage. Otherwise there are lots of great hiking trails around it. Parking available free of charge.
